Troubleshooting

Find the page that matches what you see. Each page names the symptom in plain words and gives the cause, the solution and the version it applies from. If your problem is not here, check the FAQ and the #known-issues channel on our Discord, and then write to support.

• macOS says it cannot verify DevHub and will not open it
• DevHub says “The link expired” or “Signing in did not work”
• DevHub says “This account cannot use Vartari DevHub”
• After installing a new version, DevHub will not let me work offline

• Agents cannot reach DevHub after I signed out, or the MCP server is off
• My AI client cannot connect to DevHub, or a tool is missing
• DevHub says my AI client is not found, but it works in the terminal
• My AI client lists the DevHub skills but never uses them

• Agent Intelligence is empty and nothing is captured
• DevHub stops responding while an agent searches a large repository

• DevHub says “Git is not available”
• macOS asks to access Documents, or DevHub says a folder cannot be opened
• The Desktop Pet is not visible
• Some labels are in English in the Polish interface

Note the DevHub version (Settings > General) and your macOS version. Do not paste your MCP address, tokens or passwords anywhere public. See Support for what to include.
